1. Eligibility for Returns
To be eligible for a return, your item must meet the following criteria:
Items must be unused, unworn, and in the same condition that you received them.
Items must be returned in the original packaging, with all tags and labels attached.
Returns must be initiated within 30 days of the original purchase date.
Note: Some items are non-returnable, including:
Sale or clearance items (marked as "Final Sale")
Gift cards
Personalized or custom products
2. Return Process
To initiate a return, please follow these steps:
Contact Us: Send an email to support@goodlandbrand.com with your order number and reason for return. We will provide you with a Return Authorization (RA) number.
Package the Item: Ensure the item is securely packaged. Include the original packing slip and the RA number in the return package.

Return Shipping Costs: Customers are responsible for the cost of return shipping, unless the item arrived damaged or incorrect due to an error on our part.
3. Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you via email of the approval or rejection of your refund.
Approved Returns: If approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment within 7-10 business days.
Rejected Returns: If your return is not approved (e.g., due to item condition), we will contact you to arrange further steps.
Note: Shipping charges are non-refundable, except in cases where the return is due to a Good Land Brand error (e.g., wrong or defective item).
4. Exchanges
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange a defective or damaged item for the same product, please email us at support@goodlandbrand.com and follow the return process outlined above.
Stock Availability: Exchanges are subject to product availability. If the item you wish to exchange is out of stock, we will offer a refund or allow you to choose another item of equal value.
5. Non-Returnable and Final Sale Items
Certain items cannot be returned, including:
Items purchased on Final Sale or discounted items.
Gift cards and promotional items.
Custom or personalized items.
Please ensure you read the product description carefully before purchasing sale or customized items.
6. Return Shipping Costs
Unless the return is due to a Good Land Brand error (e.g., incorrect or defective items), the customer is responsible for return shipping costs. We recommend using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance, as we cannot guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
7. Damaged or Incorrect Items
If you receive an item that is damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us immediately at info@goodlandbrand.com with photos and your order number. We will arrange for a replacement or refund at no additional cost to you.
8. Late or Missing Refunds
If you haven’t received a refund within the stated timeframe, please first check with your bank or credit card company, as it may take additional time for the refund to be posted. If you’ve done this and still have not received your refund, please contact us at info@goodlandbrand.com.
