FAQ

  • What is the Good market?

The Good Market is a local vendor-based flea market that occurs every SECOND FRIDAY EVENING of the month from 6-10 PM! You can expect to see all forms of art here as well as snag some food truck grub and a local brew from our bar where all the proceeds go to the non-profit, This Must Be the Place.

  • What kind of space will I have as a vendor?

Each vendor space is 10 ft x10 ft, located either on Walnut Street against the Chromedge Building or in the gravel lot against the East side of the Chromedge building.

Vendors are responsible for their own tent, tent weights, and any furnishings.

  • Cancellation policy

IF YOU HAVE TO CANCEL, we understand. There will be no refund on vendor fees though. We will try to work with cancellations on a case by case basis.

  • What happens if the forcast looks shitty?

We will make the call at noon, on the day of Franklinton Friday. We hope to never cancel but we know some artists work can be damaged and we want to avoid that at all costs.

If you are a food vendor, we will make space for you inside either the Chromedge building or 400 West Rich.

  • When can I set up for the market?

Load in begins at 3 PM, we would like you completely set up by 5:30 PM for the market to begin at 6 PM.

Tear down/load out is at 10 PM.

  • What is the load-in / load-out process?

You will receive your vendor number the day before the market letting you know where you will set up your vendor space. When you arrive, check-in at Good Land and we will have someone assist you with load in and setting up your tent! You will be able to pull your car right up to your space.

  • What does my $60 vendors fee get me?

Your vendor fee not only secures your spot for the Good Market, it also pays for security to help keep you and your products safe, live musical performances, activities, and extensive marketing for each month!

  • Feedback
